Elite Athlete Green Smoothie
Breakfast or pre-workout smoothie
- Blender
- 16 oz. filtered water
- 2 cups Spinach
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 carrot
- ¼ cup pea protein
- ¼ cup BCAA
- 1 Tablespoon MSM
- 3 Tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 1 Tablespoon spirullina
- 15 drops chlorophyll
- ½ cup frozen blueberries

Place all ingredients in blende and blend until desired consistency
