Elite Athlete Green Smoothie

Breakfast or pre-workout smoothie

  • Blender
  • 16 oz. filtered water
  • 2 cups Spinach
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 carrot
  • ¼ cup pea protein
  • ¼ cup BCAA
  • 1 Tablespoon MSM
  • 3 Tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1 Tablespoon spirullina
  • 15 drops chlorophyll
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  1. Place all ingredients in blende and blend until desired consistency
