Hawaiian BBQ sauce
Sweet, salty, and spicy, this Hawaiian-style BBQ sauce is good on chicken and pork
- ⅓ cup ketchup
- ⅓ cup brown Sugar
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup pineapple juice
- 2 Tablespoons sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic (Grated on a microplane or minced fine)
- 1 fresh ginger (grated on a microplane)
- 1 teaspoon Rice Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Chili Garlic Sauce (recommend sambal olek)

Place all ingredients in a small sauce pan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer. Cook for 15 minutes, then remove from heat and let cool. Store refrigerated in an air tight container.
