- ¼ Cup Vinegar
- ¾ Cup Oil
- ½ Tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt (optional, to taste)
- Sugar (optional, to taste)
Whisk the vinegar and mustard together
While vigorously whisking, slowly drizzle in the oil until incorporated and dressing thickens slightly
Store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks
