Creole Seasoning

Traditional creole seasoning adds a punch of authentic cajun flavor!

  • 3 Tablespoon Onion powder
  • 3 Tablespoon Granulated garlic ((you can substitute garlic powder, but I don't recommend it))
  • 1 ½ Tablespoon Black pepper (Coarse ground)
  • 1 ½ Tablespoon White pepper
  • 3 Tablespoon Smoked paprika
  • 3 Tablespoon Sweet paprika
  • ½ Tablespoon Cayenne pepper (Add more to make it spicier!)
  • 1 ½ Tablespoon Dried oregano
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried parsley
  • 1 ½ Tablespoon Dried thyme
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried basil
  1. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Store in an air-tight container or jar.
